As a key member of Google’s Finance leadership for over the last two decades, Kristin helped Google scale from a startup to a multibillion dollar company. She is now leveraging her experiences across capital allocation, financial planning, controllership and transformation to spearhead the initiative to embed AI-driven solutions across Finance. Kristin currently sits on the board of Everly Health as Audit Chair. Her previous board service includes roles as Audit Chair for both JobTrain and Postmates, which resulted in a successful sale to Uber. Additionally, she served on the San Francisco Federal Reserve’s Economic Advisory Council. Kristin is a Certified Public Accountant, and earned her B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University.

Prior to founding 42 Macro, Darius Dale was a Managing Director and Partner at one of Wall Street’s leading sell side research firms. Darius was head of the firm’s macro team and the architect of the firm’s economic outlook and investment strategy. His research on macro risk management frameworks is award winning and his advice is sought after within the institutional investment community. Darius is a frequent on-air contributor to financial media including Bloomberg, CNN Money, CNN Business, Fox Business, Fox News, Negocios TV, Schwab Network, Thoughtful Money, Real Vision, Macro Voices, The Pomp Podcast, Forward Guidance, On the Margin, Monetary Matters, The David Lin Report, and BNN. His analysis has been published on various global platforms including The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Yahoo! Bruce Warner is a seasoned leader at the intersection of Technology and Finance, dedicated to helping organizations realize tangible value from their technology investments. A co-founder and lead for both the Cloud FinOps and Office of the CFO practices within Google Cloud’s Consulting business, Bruce collaborates with IT and Finance executives to build robust Cloud FinOps capabilities and optimize P&L outcomes through strategic cloud adoption. He is a co-author of “Cloud Financial Forecasting” and "Unlocking the Value of Cloud FinOps with a New Operating Model." Prior to Google, Bruce headed the Americas Cloud Economics team at AWS, building upon 30 years of experience in financial services and asset management at HPE and IBM. Bruce holds a BSE in Biomechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Bruce enjoys exploring new cuisines, traveling the world, and the ongoing pursuit of a respectable golf game in his free time.

Cloud FinOps - Office of the CFO, Google Cloud

Cesare leads Google’s FP&A Hub, a team he self-started in 2019, to transform the way Google approaches FP&A work in light of the rapidly evolving technology landscape. Cesare joined Google in 2005 from KPMG where he helped Google with its IPO. At Google Cesare established the Finance Operations functions that today pay Googlers, suppliers and collect cash from customers. He then led FP&A teams in Technical Infrastructure (data centers), Consumer Hardware (mobile phones), Ads, and Customer Support before extracting himself from the front lines to address the technology, data and process problems he experienced first hand. Cesare holds an MBA from UCLA, a B.S. in Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He also has a Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification from the University of Michigan.
