Get support from the community

Ask a question on the Google Group

Join the Dialogflow Google Group to ask questions and receive announcements. This group is monitored by Dialogflow engineers and support teams on a best effort basis.

Ask a question on Stack Overflow

Ask a question about Dialogflow on Stack Overflow. Use the tag dialogflow for questions about Dialogflow. This tag is monitored by Google engineers and support teams on a best effort basis.

Discuss Dialogflow and get updates

You can also visit the GCP Slack community to discuss Dialogflow and other GCP products. If you haven't already joined, use this form to sign up. For Dialogflow, join the #dialogflow channel.

Get answers to non-urgent support questions

If you have questions about Dialogflow features or need help troubleshooting your agent behavior, you can reach out to the Dialogflow support team. Select Support from the left sidebar menu of the Dialogflow Console to submit questions and requests. The Dialogflow Support team will respond to you by email.

File bugs or feature requests

File a product issue

Before creating a new issue, please search the existing list in Issue Tracker for a similar issue. If you do not find a similar issue and would like to report it, you can create a new issue.

File a documentation issue

From any Dialogflow documentation page, click "Send feedback" near the top right of the page. This will open a feedback form specific to the page you are viewing. Your comments will be reviewed by the Dialogflow documentation team.
