To further simplify scalability for its customers, Maropost needed to migrate its infrastructure to a more powerful, flexible, and efficient infrastructure, and ultimately selected Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Compute Engine and Google Kubernetes Engine allow Maropost to effortlessly spin up machine clusters for clients, scaling resources up and down as needed to help clients maximize operational efficiencies. The reach of GCP is especially useful for customers that compete globally, as the clusters can be instantly deployed in any area and maintain data in specific jurisdictions as needed. Cloud Load Balancing and Stackdriver further improve Maropost’s control over its digital properties and reduce the cost of management for more competitive pricing.

Cloud DNS helps to manage the large increase in demand for Maropost services, in particular as the company begins experimenting with Cloud Machine Learning Engine to improve service quality and client returns. By consolidating its IT infrastructure on GCP, Maropost can focus more energy on improving the marketing and commerce performance of its B2C clients.
