The 4INFO Audience Solutions platform deals with CRM and other digital identity data files with up to billions of records at one time or unknown volumes of data as a series of continuous batches. With Google Cloud Platform (GCP), 4INFO built an intelligent and futuristic self-serve tool enabling customers to scale in a highly securely and reliable way.

4INFO built its cross-channel identity platform using its patented Bullseye ID® which creates a persistent and accurate match key mapping all connected devices in a household to valuable consumer data, including the marketer's own CRM data and a treasure trove of second- and third-party data for insights, targeting, and attribution.

Realizing the potential of this deterministically accurate graph which does not compromise reach, 4INFO wanted to build a self-service platform for partners, clients, and internal teams to power blazingly fast data onboarding, real-time building and distribution of dynamic customer audiences, and digital ad campaign delivery.

4INFO uses BigQuery for rapid data onboarding. With customer data requirements exceeding hundreds of gigabytes of data, the data model design can have a large impact on the processing and query response times. The company built a framework on top of Google Cloud Services like BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Google Kubernetes Engine to automate and optimize the process of crunching file-based data along with generating statistics in real-time.

By automating data onboarding processes with GCP solutions, 4INFO more efficiently manages identity data processing within industry-leading benchmarks. The enhanced data encryption and authentication with Google Cloud provides a secure environment for the data intensive product.
