Contact Center AI Insights 非公開功能

Contact Center AI Insights 提供 CCAI Insights 加速器功能，可以與 Cloud Data Fusion 執行個體搭配使用。「加速器」功能可讓您透過 Data Fusion 管道遷移對話資料，立即匯入及匯出 CCAI Insights 的大量資料。加速器在下列應用情境中特別實用：

1. 將大量歷來資料匯入 CCAI Insights 進行分析。
2. 排定將 CCAI Insights 資料匯出至 BigQuery 的時間，定期執行即時更新作業。
3. 為需要定期載入 CCAI Insights 的對話資料安排資料匯入作業。
