To modernize the way they work, Colgate-Palmolive knew that the future of innovation meant rethinking collaboration and heading to the cloud. After assessing their new collaboration needs, the 200+ year old brand decided that Google Cloud and G Suite were the best fit for their workforce.
The first step in launching G Suite was to migrate over 28,000 employees from a legacy platform to the cloud, which initially seemed like a daunting task for Colgate-Palmolive. But, with help from Google Cloud partner SADA Systems, Colgate-Palmolive was able to migrate to G Suite within six months.
After 23,000 users were migrated during “go-live weekend” with no disruption to the business, Colgate-Palmolive was able to look past migration and toward the future.
