Bigtable 位置
创建 Bigtable 实例时，您必须为实例中的每个集群选择一个位置。集群创建后，此位置便无法更改。
Bigtable 按可用区位置提供，即 Google Cloud 区域内的可用区。如果某个地区变为不可用，则除非服务恢复，否则该地区中的所有地区性资源都不可用。
为减少延迟并提高可用性，请将您的数据存储在需要这些数据的用户和服务附近。例如，如果您经常从 us-central1（爱荷华）区域内的 Cloud Storage 存储桶向 Bigtable 写入数据，请在 us-central1 内的一个可用区中创建 Bigtable 集群。
