Enums
`REASON_UNSPECIFIED`	Unknown.
`UPDATE`	Dataset was changed using the datasets.update or datasets.patch API.
`SET_IAM_POLICY`	Dataset was changed using the SetIamPolicy API.
`QUERY`	Dataset was changed using a query job, e.g., ALTER SCHEMA statement.
